Managing Stress: Moving to action

As I gain experience coaching I realize that most of us have a negative perspective about time. It is a constraint, a master and a source of anxiety.

What would it take for us to understand that we have plenty of time, that in the end, it is a matter of choice?

"I can't bring my daughter to school, it is a full hour wasted for work..." or maybe I can... maybe not everyday, but a few times a week, to enjoy her company and listen to the secrets she wants to share with me.
