After the Summer break, an article based on a Model from Professor Peter Hawkins and Nick Smith: The Authority, Presence, Impact Model (API)

It was a nice discovery for me as it put words on a somehow less tangible aspect of a our professional life as leaders, consultants, project managers or Coaches. It is what makes the difference between good and great.
