At first when entering the world of coaching people tend to put a lot of emphasis on questioning. I am at a stage in my practice where I value more and more the silence part. Silence is this time in between where the client finds new insights and discover resources to move forward.
This post is inspired by one of the fantastic Coaching Skill Forum of Ben Dooley and by a video of Alain Cardon called "The Power of Silence in Coaching" (you will find it at the end of this post, enjoy!)
I hope you continue enjoying reading those posts as much as I enjoy creating them.
