Twice a month I enjoy contributing to the Coaching Skill Forum of Ben Dooley where we discuss a coaching concept and explore it.
I clean up my notes afterwards and reflect on the interesting perspectives I heard from other coaches.
I let it ferment for a couple of weeks, reflect on my coaching practice and revisit my notes regularly until I move on to another topic...
