Failing to succeed

Failure is a natural part of the learning process... Reflecting on how we perceive failure can help us acquiring the resources necessary to persist and succeed.

I am currently participating in a Team Coaching training with Dr Clare Beckett Mc Inroy and a awesome group of Coaches from various countries. We were discussing yesterday of the virtues of "Journaling" as a tool for continuous improvement. In a way this blog is exactly that for me. It helps me reflect on new and old concepts, successes and failures.
